Clark Celebrations was founded in 2020 as an effort to assist couples in what is one of the most important time periods and days of their lives. As a secular officiant, Clark Celebrations is open to work with any couple, in any location across the world.

Jamarco serves as a Higher Education professional within the state of Iowa. In his spare time Jamarco enjoys traveling, cooking, and shopping. During the fall months, Jamarco is typically officiating high school football on Friday nights, and weddings on Saturday.
